Corinne Knopp is known as an “excellent negotiator” who “invariably delivers top-quality and thorough services” (Legal 500). She focuses on real estate transactions, management and financing. She advises on all real estate aspects (including all types of leases, particularly commercial leases and financial leases), acquisitions and disposals, portfolio transactions and has developed particular knowledge in sale and leaseback transactions. She mainly advises on cross-border transactions, investment structuring and financing and hotel industry transactions. Corinne heads the Real Estate team in the Hogan Lovells’ Paris office.

Advising General Electric on the sale of its worldwide real estate activity including a French portfolio of about 100 real estate assets.

Advising AB Sagax, a Swedish investor, on various sales and leaseback of light industrial properties in France.

Advising Covivio (formerly Foncière des Régions) on the structuring and the acquisition of a German hotel portfolio.

Advising Hermes REIM on the acquisition of a 43 Metro Stores portfolio located in France, through the acquisition of an OPCI (a French REIT).

Advising Constellation on the acquisition (sale and management back) of InterContinental Paris-Le Grand (a 4 star hotel) operated by InterContinental Hotels Group.

Advising La Française (LFF) on the structuring and the acquisition of a European real estate portfolio.
