As a partner in the Paris office of Hogan Lovells, she focuses on real estate and advises on real estate transactions, management and financing. She advises on all real estate aspects (including all types of leases, particularly commercial leases and financial leases), acquisitions and disposals and has developed particular knowledge in sale and leaseback transactions. She mainly advises on cross-border transactions, investment structuring and financing and hotel industry transactions. Corinne heads the Real Estate team in the Hogan Lovells’ Paris office.

Advising Foncière des Régions on the structuring and the acquisition of a German hotel portfolio.

Advising Hermes REIM on the acquisition of a 43 Metro Stores portfolio located in France, through the acquisition of an OPCI (a French REIT).
