Scott Campbell works side-by-side with his clients on all aspects of real estate transactions to provide creative solutions to complex real estate issues. A strong proponent of the firm's Pro Bono practice, Scott also has experience advising the firm's nonprofit clients on various leasing matters.

Scott draws upon his experience handling large, sophisticated real estate transactions throughout the country to advise clients on innovative structuring and drafting solutions to help them achieve their business goals. He routinely represents clients in the drafting and negotiation of mortgage and mezzanine loan financing documents (including intercreditor agreements and syndication documents), commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, construction documents, and various other property-level contracts.

Prior to joining the Denver office of Hogan Lovells, Scott worked at a major law firm in New York City, where he advised clients on the financing and development of a wide variety of real estate assets such as renewable energy projects, office buildings, multi-family properties, hotels, retail properties, and construction projects, including the ground-up construction of a mixed-use building in Times Square and the representation of the lead commercial bank in the financing of the largest single-asset deal in the history of New York City at the time.

Before working in private practice, Scott attended Columbia Law School and served as a staff editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law.
