Cameron "Cam" Cosby has advised on the tax aspects of real estate and partnership transactions for more than 25 years. He has worked with real estate investment trusts (REITs) and real estate companies on all types of transactions — initial public offerings, secondary offerings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and going private transactions.

Cam is a problem solver in complex U.S. tax rules impacting public and private REITs, partnerships, and other real estate companies. He works closely with a team of corporate lawyers and other specialists in representing issuers and underwriters in capital markets transactions, and in public and private mergers and acquisitions.
