Damian Bugaj


Damian Bugaj

Damian Bugaj started working in Hogan Lovells in June 2017. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells he worked for two years in the tax M&A department in PwC. Since joining the Tax Department, Damian has participated in projects involving proceedings before the tax authorities and administrative courts, and has provided comprehensive tax and legal services to both domestic and foreign business entities.

Damian's other interests include corporate and accounting law. In 2017, he successfully completed the exam for tax advisors. 

His professional experience includes advising on tax matters related to CIT, VAT, and the tax on civil law transactions. Damian has a deep understanding of restructuring transactions including M&As, spin-offs,  sales/purchases of businesses, and real estate transactions.  He has also participated in tax due diligence projects. 

Damian graduated from the Jagiellonian University, and from the Kraków University of Economics in 2015.
