Nick Brod focuses his practice on antitrust litigation. He pairs a background in economics with experience as a judicial law clerk to make clear and persuasive arguments to judges, juries, and administrative agencies. He has represented clients in antitrust actions in federal district and appellate courts, as well as in proceedings before the Federal Trade Commission.

Before joining Hogan Lovells, Nick clerked for Judge Gerald Tjoflat of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and Judge Lee Rosenthal of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Nick earned a J.D., magna cum laude, from Duke University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an Executive Editor of the Duke Law Journal and a member of the Moot Court Board. He earned a B.A. with highest honors and highest distinction in economics and political science from UNC-Chapel Hill.
