Zuzanna Bafia

Zuzanna Bafia graduated from the Department of Law and Administration at Warsaw University in 2011. Since September 2011 Zuzanna has been studying British and European Law at British Law Centre at Warsaw University. In January 2014, she became a trainee in the Warsaw Advocacy Bar Association. Zuzanna joined Hogan Lovells in February 2014 and works in the Real Estate Department and since then she cooperates with Polish and international clients.

She participates in transactions concerning the acquisition of real estates and prepares due diligence reports and draft transaction documentation for investors operating on the Polish real estate market. Zuzanna participates in negotiations and preparation of lease agreements based on the “triple net lease” standard and represents the interests of both lessors and lessees. In addition Zuzanna also prepares trainings and presentations for clients concerning due diligence and transaction subjects.

Representative experience

Heitman – Advising of the sale of the office and retail center known as Europlex in Warsaw to GTC.

Rockcastle - Advising on the acquisition of two complex shopping centers – Pogoria in Dabrowa Górnicza and Karolinka in Opole.

RREEF Investment GmbH - Advising in relation to the acquisition of the Metropolitan office building located in Warsaw. The value of the transaction – EUR 190 m.
