Emmanuel Azih relies on his electrical engineering background while working with clients in patent litigation and strategic counseling. His practice emphasizes electrical and computer arts, including digital signal processing, wireless communication protocols, artificial intelligence, and robotics.

Emmanuel represents clients before federal district courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He routinely drafts motions, expert reports, patent disclosures, pleadings, and has deposed domestic and international witnesses.

Before joining the firm, Emmanuel worked at one of the country's top intellectual property law firms, where he litigated patents and advised clients on non-contentious matters. During law school, Emmanuel served as an editor of the Journal of Intellectual Property Law.
