As counsel in the International Arbitration Practice Group in London, Anna Mills has focused on construction and engineering disputes for over ten years and has extensive experience of domestic litigation, adjudication, international arbitration (both ad hoc and under institutional rules), mediation and other forms of ADR. Anna acts for a wide range of domestic and international clients across a number of different industry sectors including offshore wind, power, transport and energy.

Anna qualified as a barrister in 2004 and after a period of relevant experience, including six months at a major, international oil and gas company, Anna qualified as a Solicitor in 2007 via the QLTT. Anna has Higher Rights of Audience in the Civil Courts of England and Wales.

Advising an international cladding contractor in connection with its rights under a trade contract for a large property development in London.

Acting for a German contractor in commercial court litigation concerning an incident aboard a drillship.

Acting for seven companies in respect of a dispute concerning alleged defects in generators supplied to a UK Power Station.

Acting for the main contractor in a series of adjudications with a subcontractor regarding the construction of offshore substations for an offshore wind farm

Acting for the main contractor in TCC litigation against the main subcontractor responsible for the fabrication of wind turbine foundations for an offshore wind farm.
