Enoch pairs an eye for detail with a true appreciation of the big picture to meet clients' needs. His commitment, technical proficiency and local knowledge make him a key member of the team. Enoch has advised governments, private equity funds and multi-national companies on various corporate transactions in key Asian jurisdictions, including Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam and Myanmar.

Enoch's main areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. He also advises on employment law and other general corporate matters.

While an undergraduate at the Singapore Management University School of Law, Enoch was a multiple Dean's List honoree and also the recipient of numerous academic awards.

Enoch is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and the Law Society of Singapore.

Representative experience

Advising a global fintech leader in its acquisition of an India based online payments business. 

Advising a regional private equity fund on its joint venture with other private equity investors and subsequent investment in one of Vietnam's largest producers of dairy products.

Advising one of South East Asia's largest food and beverage groups on its acquisition of a Singapore-based vending machine business.

Advising the owners of an Indonesian baby care e-commerce site on a merger with a regional e-commerce group with assets and subsidiaries in Hong Kong, Indonesia and Thailand and subsequent investments by various private equity investors. 

Advising the founder of one of Singapore’s most prominent private education businesses, with schools in Singapore and Malaysia, on the sale of the entire business to a private equity fund.

Advising a group of regional airlines on their joint venture with an internet marketing group and subsequent investments by other international airlines into the joint venture entity. 

Walmart Inc. on the US$16 billion acquisition of a 77 percent majority stake in Flipkart Private Limited, the prominent Indian e-commerce marketplace company.
