Amaël Beauvallet

Amaël Beauvallet joined the Banking and Finance department in January 2013. He also is a CIFRE PhD Candidate at Panthéon-Assas University and conducts research on innovative funding mechanisms for infrastructure projects.

He focuses on project and public finance transactions; domestic and international acquisition finance and real estate finance. Amaël advises major French and foreign banks (including multilateral development institutions) in their capacity as agents, arrangers and lenders.

Advising a pool of lenders in the financing of an electric power plant in Senegal (2013).

Advising a pool of development banks in financing the construction of a new international airport in Dakar, Senegal (2013).

Advising Crédit Agricole Centre Loire and SG CIB in connection with €870m syndicated term and revolving facilities and a €250.7m FranceAgriMer facility to Axéréal.

Advising a pool of 17 banks in relation to a EUR1,100,000,000 multi-currency revolving credit facility for the benefit of Rexel (2013).

Advising BNP Paribas in connection with a facility to a French gas retailer (2013).

Advising BNP Paribas for the financing of investments and the refinancing of an existing debt by a press media group (2013).

Advising the Republic of Niger in connection with a master facility agreement with The Export-Import Bank of China to finance infrastructure projects.
