Alan Ramirez Casazza's thirst for defending the rights and liberties of companies, combined with his natural business sense and economic intuition, has made him excel in the firm's Antitrust and Competition practice. He brings deep experience and full service to competition matters, including cartel investigations, fiercely contested antitrust litigation, merger control, and compliance programs in industries as diverse as pharmaceutical, food, energy, and automotive.

Despite his youthful appearance, Alan has been a key element contributing to the Band 1 ranking of our Mexican Competition/Antitrust practice by Chambers & Partners. His experience advising on arbitration, telecommunications, litigation, and dispute resolution developed in him a strategic and integrated business vision that enriches his advice to help clients accomplish their goals and prevent risks.

Alan's social commitment has prompted him to actively participate in pro bono cases and strategic litigation related to promoting blood donation and kidney-paired donations and transplants.
