Alali Dagogo-Jack's practice covers all aspects of intellectual property. She has handled disputes covering a broad range of technologies including, semiconductor packaging, audiovisual software, solar cells, and chemical coatings.

Alali's successes in patent litigation include securing dismissal of a case by convincing an Eastern District of Texas judge to depart from a previous claim construction order and adopt a narrower claim construction for the same term in a patent in the same family.

Her trade secret experience includes representation of a Taiwanese semiconductor corporation in a California state court trade secret action, where she drafted, argued, and won a motion to dismiss the action. She also represented a search engine optimization company in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California in a trade secret action concerning customer lists transported by defecting employees.
