As a leading associate in the Warsaw Litigation, Arbitration and Product Liability practice, Agnieszka assists Polish and international clients in dispute resolution. She advises and represents her clients at the pre-trial stage of a dispute, as well as in litigation before the Polish state courts and in arbitration. Agnieszka is a qualified legal adviser; she joined the firm in April 2008 as a member of the Hogan Lovells Munich office.

She has experience in cross-border commercial disputes, including contract disputes, tort claims and product liability. Agnieszka also has experience in life sciences product liability litigation. Based on her experience, She frequently advises on dispute management and international commercial contracts. Agnieszka is also the person responsible in the Warsaw office for handling matters related to internal investigations and compliance, as well as bribery, white collar and fraud related matters.
