Xenia Legendre has extensive experience in French and international tax matters. She focuses her practice on the taxation of French and multinational corporations, particularly on the structuring of merger and acquisition transactions, joint ventures, and restructuring projects. In addition, she has substantial experience advising on the tax aspects of capital market transactions.
Xenia regularly participates in Mouvement des Entreprises de France (MEDEF) working groups on international taxation.
REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
- Advising a group of investors on their acquisition of a business with operations in more than ten countries across the world from a multinational chemicals company.
- Advising several French and international companies on restructuring matters.
- Advising a Russian conglomerate on its joint venture with a French real estate player.
- Advising a Russian private equity firm in connection with its sale of an alcoholic beverage business to a UK private equity fund.
