You believe you want to select arbitration, but when working internationally, you need to consider the implications of your choice. When drafting international agreements, we will provide details on what you need to consider as you draft an arbitration provision. Also, you need to make certain that you have selected the “right” arbitral forum, process and language. Finally, we will discuss what you can do to protect your interests globally and, we will identify global landmines that you need to consider.
