Bogdanovic, Dolicki & Partners is a Hogan Lovells associated law firm in Croatia. Based in Zagreb, the firm advises investors into Croatia on the establishment of representative branches and subsidiaries, setting up joint ventures, and other investments. The firm also provides dispute resolution advice including the enforcement of claims. Clients include banks, insurance companies, industrial and commercial enterprises, as well as tour operators. Partos & Noblet is a Hogan Lovells associated law firm in Hungary. Based in Budapest, the firm provides a full range of legal services including corporate and commercial law including M&A, banking and finance, dispute resolution, and real estate law. The firm is led by partners Dr. László Partos and Christopher Noblet. László is the managing partner of the office, and his main areas of focus are arbitration and dispute resolution, corporate and commerce, capital markets and finance, venture capital and private equity.
