Bogdanovic, Dolicki & Partners is a Hogan Lovells associated law firm in Croatia. Based in Zagreb, the firm advises investors into Croatia on the establishment of representative branches and subsidiaries, setting up joint ventures, and other investments. Partos & Noblet is a Hogan Lovells associated law firm in Hungary. Based in Budapest, the firm provides a full range of legal services including corporate and commercial law including M&A, banking and finance, dispute resolution, and real estate law.
