As a litigator and registered patent attorney, Russell DeClerck has represented both individual inventors and large international corporations. Drawing on his prior training as a mechanical engineer, he has advised clients in obtaining and protecting intellectual property rights in the areas of electro-mechanical arts, medical devices, ergonomics, wireless networking, and merchandising.

In addition to over 15 years in patent litigation, Russell has advised major U.S. companies on matters concerning freedom to operate, licensing, and branding.
