Robin Keller is the head of the U.S. Business Restructuring and Insolvency practice. Her practice covers all aspects of business restructuring, with a particular emphasis on Chapter 11 reorganizations. She has played a significant role in the reorganization of many large U.S. and international companies, representing debtors, institutional creditors, committees and distressed investors.

Representations of Debtors in Chapter 11 Reorganizations:
- Rock US Holdings Inc, et al in pre-packaged Chapter 11 cases in the District of Delaware, involving the sale of 183 Madison Avenue and 100-104 Fifth Avenue in NY City.
- Broadway 401 LLC, et al. (The Dumont) in a pre-packaged Chapter 11 case, involving the sale of a newly constructed residential condominium project in Washington, DC.
- The Columbia Gas Systems, Inc./Columbia Transmission Corp. in a going concern restructuring of a public utility holding company engaged in oil and gas exploration, transportation and distribution, and its interstate pipeline subsidiary.*
- The Chapter 11 Trustee for Epic Resorts, for a national vacation resort timeshare company in a going concern Section 363 sale.*
- Planet Hollywood International, Inc., an international operator of theme restaurants, portions of which were liquidated worldwide, in a standalone restructuring.*
- Anchor Glass Container Corporation, the third largest US glass manufacturer, in a going concern Section 363 sale and liquidating plan.*
- Tiphook Finance Corporation, the US subsidiary of one of the Europe's largest truck and trailer leasing companies, in a pre-packaged Chapter 11 coordinated with the confirmation of UK Schemes of Arrangement.*
Creditor Representations:
- Indenture Trustee for bondholders of Vitro SA in its US and Mexican insolvency proceedings.
- Investment Fund in connection with the acquisition of a life settlement portfolio and funding of a DIP loan to Newstream Secured Capital, et al in Chapter 11 cases in the District of Delaware.
- Ad hoc group of convertible noteholders as the fulcrum security in a going concern Chapter 11 reorganization of Global Power Energy Corp.
- Senior Secured Lenders in a pre-packaged Chapter 11 case involving the conversion of the senior debt into equity control of United Subcontractors, Inc.
- Indenture Trustee for bondholders and co-chair of the Official Unsecured Creditors' Committee in the Chapter 11 reorganization of Quebecor, Inc.
- Indenture Trustee for bondholders as member of the Official Unsecured Creditors' Committee in the Chapter 11 reorganization of Capmark, Inc.
- International banks and hedge funds in connection with claims arising from corporate bonds, derivatives, prime brokerage agreements, and letters of credit in the Lehman bankruptcy cases.
