Richard Ufland is a senior London partner specialising in a wide range of corporate transactions and advisory work including public and private mergers and acquisitions, listings and secondary market transactions, restructurings and reorganisations, private equity buyouts, joint venture and other corporate work. Richard is one of Hogan Lovells senior corporate finance partners and regularly appears as a recommended individual for mergers and acquisitions in Legal 500 and Chambers and for corporate finance, M&A and joint ventures in Global Counsel 3000 and other publications. Richard is also chairman of the Law Society Company Law Committee. Richard leads our industrials and life sciences group in London and represents companies across a range of other sectors.
