  • Advising on on numerous sukuk transactions, including the $100 million non-amortizing issue for IFC (World Bank Group), US$1.5 billion sukuk for PETRONAS, the US$1 billion sukuk al-ijara for the Government of Dubai, the AED7.5 billion sukuk al-musharaka for JAFZA, the AED1.1 billion sukuk for Tamweel PJSC, the US$1 billion exchangeable sukuk al-mudaraba for Dana Gas PJSC, the AED600 million sukuk al-mudaraba for the Almana Group, the US$1 billion sukuk al-ijara for Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company, the US$1 billion sukuk programme for Gulf Finance House, the Saudi Riyal 250 million sukuk for Tajeer Company, the US$350 million sukuk al-ijara for the Government of Bahrain, a US$5 billion sukuk programme for a US issuer and the US$325 million sukuk al-mudaraba for Ras Al Khaimah Investment Authority
  • Advising on numerous Islamic financings, including the US$500 million co-ownership facility, part of the US$5.6 billion financing for Investment Corporation of Dubai, the US$850 million murabaha facility for KFH, the US$350 million ijara facility for Nakheel and the US$100 million murabaha facility for Turkcell
  • Advising on the development of various Sharia-compliant structured products, including a currency and rate protection product, a project finance-linked rate protection product, a commodity-linked structured product, an index-linked structured note issuance, an index-linked deposit product and an innovative "repo" product
