Oliver heads up the UK Real Estate practice and deals with a broad range of UK real estate matters.
These include occupier requirements, development and regeneration, investment, and advising on the real estate elements of distressed debt. Oliver acts for many market leading clients including British Land, the BBC, Argent Related, Eli Lilly, Pontegadea, Coal Pensions and M&G Real Estate. These clients are involved in some of the highest value and most complex transactions in UK real estate. Oliver assists them in achieving their ambitious real estate goals.

British Land on a 300,000 sqft development pre-letting, the biggest West End pre-let for 22 years.
Eli Lilly on its UK head office relocation.
Pontegadea on the acquisition of the 320,000 sqft office development, the Post Building, on New Oxford Street.
The BBC on the structured disposal and leaseback of the 17-acre White City Place site in London to a consortium led by Stanhope plc including the BBC's 300,000 sqft continuing occupational requirement.
Argent Related on the mixed use development of Brent Cross South, London to create around 7,000 homes and 4,000,000 sqft of office space with retail and transport.
British Land on lettings at its Regent's Place Campus.
M&G Real Estate on the development of Selly Oak Shopping Park.
Administrators on the disposal of numerous portfolios including portfolios of over 700 retail assets.
