The People's Bank of China issued the Administrative Measures on RMB Settlement in Relation to Foreign Direct Investment on October 14, 2011. The same day, The Ministry of Commerce issued the Notice on Relevant Issues on Cross-Border RMB Direct Investment, the draft of which was published for public consultation on August 22 this year.
