Located in the Hogan Lovells Madrid office, Luis Alfonso Fernández Manzano leads the firm’s contentious Spanish Insurance and Reinsurance Practice Group. He advises companies such as MAPFRE, GENERALI, HCC, ALLIANZ, AXA, and HDI, on property and personal damages. Luis Alfonso is a Professor of Insurance Law and Tort Law in the University Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), and a regular contributor of articles concerning liability and insurance regulation.
He is also the co-author of numerous books about liability issues, tort law, and insurance law.
