Liz Book's practice focuses on a broad range of commercial matters. Liz assists clients in drafting and negotiating various types of commercial contracts, including master service agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements, and purchase agreements. Liz also has extensive experience in mergers, stock and asset purchases, divestitures, spin-offs, investments, auction transactions, and general corporate governance.

Liz's experience has involved representing clients in a number of regulated industries, with a particular emphasis in the industries of telecommunications and new media, professional services, and technology.

Liz rejoined Hogan Lovells in January 2015, after spending three years in the Office of the General Counsel at a Big 4 Accounting Firm, where she served as commercial contracts counsel for the firm's consulting and tax lines of service.

While in law school, Liz was managing editor for the George Washington International Law Review and a Dean's Fellow. Liz was also a member of the Moot Court Board and received an award for Best Oralist at the Gilbert A. Cuneo Moot Court Competition.
