Liz A. Book

Attorney
Northern Virginia

Liz A. Book

Liz Book leverages her law firm and in-house experience to counsel clients on commercial transactions, with a particular emphasis on technology licensing, outsourcing, telecommunications, and consulting services agreements. Liz's clients rely on her to strike the right tone in negotiations and to present creative solutions to their most difficult problems.

Liz rejoined Hogan Lovells in January 2015, after spending three years in the office of the general counsel at a big 4 accounting firm, where she served as commercial counsel for the firm's consulting and tax lines of service. Liz's experience as in-house counsel enhanced her business acumen and gave her the key perspective needed to handle commercial transactions and negotiations, both as a vendor and a client.

While in law school, Liz was managing editor for the George Washington International Law Review and a Dean's Fellow. Liz was also a member of the Moot Court Board and received an award for Best Oralist at the Gilbert A. Cuneo Moot Court Competition.
