Kevin Gralley's practice is primarily focused on the representation of clients involved in commercial financing transactions. He has represented many regional, national, and international borrowers and lenders in a wide variety of secured and unsecured credit transactions, including institutional private placements, asset-based loans, letter of credit arrangements, loan participations and syndications, and bankers acceptance financings.

Kevin has organized and presented numerous seminars for clients, trade associations, and attorneys on topics of current interest, including lender liability, fraudulent conveyances, loan participations, letters of credit, and loan workouts.

While in law school, Kevin was executive editor of The Georgetown Law Journal.

REPRESENTATIVE EXPERIENCE
  • Representation of National Football League franchise in connection with its participation in League-sponsored secured revolving ($100 million) and term loan ($50 million) credit facilities.
  • Representation of multinational corporation in a syndicated facility secured by essentially all domestic and certain foreign assets of the company, which consists of a $220 million “Term B” facility to the U.S. borrower, a $45 million “Term C” facility to the U.S. borrower, and a $50 million revolving credit facility which can be accessed by either the U.S. borrower or the European borrower ($25 million sublimit to the European borrower); a $25 million letter of credit subfacility; and borrowings in dollars, euros, and sterling.
  • Represented a borrower in the business of radioactive materials disposition in a $147 million syndicated facility secured by essentially all assets of the company and which consists of term loans of $115 million, a revolving loan of $30 million ($15 million letter of credit subfacility), and a $2 million swingline loan facility.
