Inmaculada Lorenzo

A member of the IPTM practice of Hogan Lovell's, Madrid, Inmaculada focuses on IP litigation and has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in industries as diverse as technology and telecoms, life sciences, fashion and luxury on patent and trademark infringement, invalidity proceedings, copyright infringement proceedings, unfair competition and advertising cases before the Spanish Commercial Courts and the Community Trademark Court.

Inmaculada also focuses on advising clients on pre-contentious matters as well as on dispute settlement. In addition to her legal and business administration background, Inmaculada studied music since she was a child and has performed in a number of classical orchestras and chamber music ensembles in Spain.

She applies the creativity and teamwork abilities acquired from music education to her everyday work and is aware of the importance of teamwork in solving problems and providing useful advice to clients.
