Hogan Lovells Recognized with Two India Business Law Journal “Deal of the Year” Awards

NEW YORK, 3 February 2012 – Hogan Lovells announced today that it was recognized with two “Deal of the Year” awards from the India Business Law Journal.

Hogan Lovells was recognized for advising client Patni Computer Systems on the $1.2 billion acquisition of a majority stake in the company by iGate as well as for advising Jaguar Land Rover on its £1bn high-yield bond offering.

Both deals are profiled in the December 2011/January 2012 issue of the India Business Law Journal in the publication’s annual list of the most significant transactions and cases in the country.
