Hogan Lovells Advises on Sale of Natural Products Worldwide
LONDON - Hogan Lovells advised the Founders and Management of Natural Products Worldwide (NPW) on its sale to Inflexion Private Equity for an undisclosed sum in a transaction announced on Thursday 16 February.
NPW is a market leading impulse giftware products company that designs, sources and sells giftware products such as toiletries, stationery and gadgets to retailers in the UK, Europe and North America including John Lewis, New Look, WH Smith’s, Old Navy, Restoration Hardware and Urban Outfitters.
This sale marks one of several private equity acquisitions on which Hogan Lovells has advised this year, including advising long-standing client Kelso Place Asset Management LLP on its acquisition of the iconic global fashion brand Nicole Farhi alongside current owner, private equity firm, OpenGate Capital; and long-established clients Hawksford International and Dunedin on the acquisition of trust and corporate services provider Trustcorp Jersey Limited in January.
The Hogan Lovells team advising the Founders and Management was led by Co-Head of private equity Alan Greenough, supported by Of Counsel Amanda Onions and Keith Woodhouse, associates Victoria Rodley and Joanna Roberts, and trainee Laurence Dace; and U.S. tax partner Dan Davidson and London tax associate Peter Owen.
