Hogan Lovells opened an office in Hanoi in January 2009 to build upon its long-standing presence in Vietnam, where our first representative office opened in Ho Chi Minh City in 1994. The two offices are integrated and work closely together to provide advice to companies and investors in Vietnam in the fields of corporate, intellectual property, projects, real estate, and construction. We pass our in-depth knowledge of the local market and our understanding of what it takes to close deals on to you.

Our lawyers bring a business-oriented approach to each matter, managing transactions and cases efficiently and acting as legal advisers, coordinators, and guides to Vietnam’s legal and political structures. As with all Hogan Lovells’ offices in Asia, we are integrated into the firm’s technology network, which ensures the effective worldwide management of information, documentation, and know-how.
