With a background of extensive experience and knowledge gained from a vast number of domestic and cross-border transactions and reorganizations Florian Bortfeldt advises clients on all kinds of their M&A activities. Even though focused on the technology, telecoms and life sciences industry sectors, he also acts for large conglomerates.

At the same time, Florian is fond of being a corporate lawyer and advises national and international clients on numerous aspects of German corporate law. Whether complex re-organizational measures or all sorts of questions relating to the management and corporate governance of corporations, partnerships and associations, Florian is always on top of his clients' needs.

Having studied law and economics Florian understands clients' businesses and is able to give legal advice that anticipates and answers clients' questions and is in line with their business requirements.

Florian's quality of advice and knowledge and experience in corporate law is illustrated by his authorship of a number of corporate law books. Ranging from contributions regarding legal due diligence questions to aspects of corporate litigation, he has also published on aspects of the law on limited partnerships.
