Laura Scarisbrick qualified into the Real Estate practice in 2018 after completing her training contract at the firm. Laura advises clients on a variety of transactional real estate matters including lettings and portfolio management, acquisitions and disposals and is a core member of a wider team acting on large scale redevelopment projects.
Laura acts for domestic and international investors and major property developers across a broad range of real estate assets including London office schemes, industrial/warehouse units, in and out of town retail units (including major shopping centres), and offshore energy assets.
Whilst training at the firm Laura was seconded to the in-house legal team at Barclays Bank.
Representative experience
Working on Argent Related's mixed use joint venture project with the London Borough of Barnet to redevelop 370 acres at Brent Cross.
Acting on The Crown Estate's Energy, Minerals and Infrastructure portfolio, with a particular focus on offshore wind assets.
Advising a joint venture partnership on the management aspects and regeneration of St James's Market, London.
Acting for M&G Real Estate on acquisitions and disposals and portfolio management work, including the negotiation of retail and industrial leases.
Acting on asset management matters at Manchester Arndale Shopping Centre.
Assisting with real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
