New Draft German Law regarding Anti-Corruption in the Healthcare Sector

The German Ministry of Justice recently provided a new draft anticorruption law explic-itly referring to the healthcare sector. This draft new law should establish a new offence of "corruption and bribery in the healthcare sector", under which the bribery of members of most ot the healing professions is penalized.
