Stay Application: Government’s application for a stay of the Hawaii district court’s injunction pending appeal to the Ninth Circuit.

Opposition: The State of Hawaii and Dr. Elshikh’s opposition to the Government’s application for a stay pending appeal.

On June 15, the Trump Administration filed its reply brief in support of its stay application.

On June 20, the State of Hawaii and Dr. Elshikh filed their supplemental brief opposing certiorari and the Government’s requested stay.

On June 21, the Trump Administration filed its sur-reply brief in support of certiorari and a stay.
