Peter Maier focuses on retail structured products (certificates, leveraged products and notes) linked to many different asset classes where he has extensive transaction experience. Peter also advises clients on regulatory issues in connection with the distribution of structured products (e.g. PRIIPs KIDs), debt issuance programs and other types of derivatives.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells, Peter worked for other leading international law firms and he was on a six months secondment with a leading global investment bank in London.
