In addition to advising European banks and corporates, renewables and infrastructure funds, PPP concession companies, development finance institutions and UK government bodies, Nick's work over the last couple of years has included advice to Greek PPP concession companies in connection with the recent political and economic crisis in Greece, advice to the bank co-ordinators for the refinancing of a major European gas company's corporate facilities, assistance to several European infrastructure and renewables funds on the negotiation of bank facilities, advice to a Middle Eastern bank arranger with respect to the refinancing of a gas pipeline, advice to a Portuguese bank agent on the refinancing of a roads PPP project, advice to a major Latin American national oil company on a variety of financing arrangements and advice to UK government bodies on the financing of rail projects and sports stadia.
Nick has also worked with financial institutions on a number of loan secondary market transactions. Nick works frequently with colleagues in Latin America on oil and gas financings and also with colleagues in Paris on power project and other types of project financing in Francophone West Africa. Nick also works with colleagues and local law firms in Jordan, Syria, Lebanon and South-Eastern Europe.
At a previous firm Nick advised the South African government on the DTI pathfinder accommodation PPP in Pretoria, RSA. The financings in which Nick has been involved have won several industry awards over the last five years.

Advice to the sponsors in relation to the financing arrangements for two Greek roads PPP projects (2011 - 2015).
Advice to a Latin American national oil company on the financing of its infrastructure requirements (2011 – 2015).
Advice to sponsors and lenders on the financing and refinancing of roads PPP projects in Germany, Ireland and Portugal (2007, 2015).
Advice to a European bank on the restructuring of its sub-participation in a U.K. infrastructure loan (2015).
