London, Paris, 25 September – Hogan Lovells is pleased to announce that high-profile lawyer Marion Guertault is re-joining the firm as a partner in its Employment practice today. Marion will be based in the firm's Paris office.

Marion specialises in complex restructuring and litigation matters. She was most recently at another international law firm but spent several years with Hogan Lovells in Paris prior to that. During her time with Hogan Lovells, Marion was central to the employment aspects of several high-profile acquisitions and restructuring matters for clients in the financial services, automotive and life sciences sectors.

The Paris employment practice is one of the largest in the French market, both in terms of its size, the number of years of combined legal experience, and the complexity and scope of client matters. The team advises and supports clients, both French and international, on all aspects of employment law.

Des Hogan, global head of Litigation, Arbitration and Employment at Hogan Lovells, said: "I am delighted to welcome Marion back to the firm. She is a popular figure in the Paris legal world and will add more depth to our strong employment practice in the city."

Marion Guertault said: "I look forward to joining the Hogan Lovells team, who I know very well and who I appreciate both personally and professionally. I am very excited to take part in ambitious projects at the firm, and ready to strengthen the synergies between my practice and other departments."
