Family Friendly Finalist: Hogan Lovells named one of Britain’s most family friendly employers

For the sixth time, Hogan Lovells has been named as an employer leading the way in building flexible, family friendly UK workplaces in the annual UK Top 30 Employers for Working Families List 2017. The list is compiled by work life balance charity Working Families and employers large and small from a range of business sectors across the UK compete annually to gain a place on it.

Employers answer in-depth questions and are scored on four key areas to build a comprehensive picture of their flexible and family friendly working environment. These are: integration, policy, consistent practice and measurement and results.

Hogan Lovells is committed to creating and maintaining a diverse and inclusive workplace and has introduced initiatives such as a global agile working policy, shared parental leave, new and expectant parent drop-in sessions, and a host of talks and webinars through the Working Families Network.
