Clients turn to Lisa for her breadth of experience having advised on a range of complex transactions, from banking portfolio acquisitions to project finance, property finance, asset finance and general syndicated and bilateral corporate finance transactions.
As a senior associate in our Banking Group in Sydney, Lisa works on a wide variety of both domestic and cross-border transactions.
Lisa understands a deal from the financier's perspective, having been seconded to a commercial bank and an export credit agency. She advises clients on all sides of a transaction, acting for commercial lenders, government, export credit agencies and multilaterals, as well as sponsors and borrowers.

Advising EFIC and the State of SA in connection with the financing of the redevelopment of the lead smelter at Port Pirie
Advising EFIC and the State of Tasmania in connection with the structured financing of the redevelopment of a zinc smelter in Hobart.
Advising Partners Group in connection with the financing aspects of their acquisition and project financing of its Sapphire Wind Farm.
Macquarie Bank in connection with research and development funding into various technology development projects, including biofuels from algae, ocean energy conversion and waste heat co-generation.
Advising HSBC on its super senior facility to Energy Exemplar in connection with a unitranche acquisition facility provided by Barings.
Advising Westpac Banking Corporation in relation to its acquisition of the Australian businesses of the Lloyds banking group, including CFAL and BOSI and related integration projects.
Advising Red Kite in connection with the financing to St Barbara.
Advising Red Kite in connection with a gold prepayment agreement and gold offtake agreement with Allied Gold Finance Pty Limited.
Advising an Indian mine manager in connection with a mezzanine financing and mine management facility with Griffin Coal.
