Since qualifying in March 2013, she has acted on a variety of complex real estate matters for investors, developers, occupiers, energy companies, local authorities, and financial institutions. Lauren joined Hogan Lovells owing to the strength of its Real Estate department, having previously obtained a degree in Land Economy

Advising developer Argent on site assembly & letting strategies for its 67 acre mixed-use development of King's Cross, including acting on the pre-let of Coal Drops Yard.

Acting for Shaftesbury on management of its Carnaby, Seven Dials and Charlotte Street estates and financing transactions.

Negotiating pre-let agreements for The Crown Estate & Oxford Properties' St James's Market development.

Advising the BBC on relocation of its Maida Vale Studios to the Olympic Park, Stratford.

Acting on a £433m PFI deal on behalf of The Cornwall Council in relation to the provision of waste management services.

Managing the acquisition of land interests by a subsidiary of GE  from 48 landowners to allow for installation of a 19km gas pipeline serving a power station.
Advising Land Securities on the re-gear of its headlease interests in The Peel & Point Centres, Bracknell.

Purchasing Travelodge hotels for CCLA.

Advising Bank of Scotland on the real estate aspects of a £63m refinancing of a designer shopping outlet.
Acting for a local authority as JV partner on the acquisition of a science & research park.
