Kevin is a member of the Hogan Lovells' Investigations, White Collar and Fraud practice focusing on environmental, safety, and human rights matters.

He has extensive experience advising on environmental and safety issues in the context of corporate, real estate and finance transactions and projects. He advises on a range of contamination, air emissions, climate change, carbon trading and chemicals regulation. He regularly advises on corporate reporting requirements, and on emerging business and human rights issues. He also acts on regulatory investigations and enforcement.

Equinor SA on the environmental aspects of the sale of its interest in the Teesside Oil Terminal and Processing Facility to Total. Eni and Conoco Phillips.

Acting, for many years, for a major investment bank on compliance with UK and EU energy and carbon auditing and reporting requirements

Brookfield on the environmental aspects of its acquisition of Greenergy, including its interest that owns Thames Oilport and Thames Enterprise Park.

Asahi on the environmental aspects of its acquisition of the beer business of Fuller, Smith & Turner.

Numerous clients on investigations by the Environment Agency into alleged water pollution, waste offences, and regulatory non-compliance.
