He assists clients in acquiring intellectual property such as screenplays and literature, he helps companies secure financing for films and television series, and he advises clients in the process of distributing content on a full range of media platforms – from domestic theatrical distribution deals to international licensing agreements. Kevin also has years of experience advising clients during the production of film and television programs, including helping producers hire talent, secure insurance and completion bonds, and deliver completed films to distributors. Kevin routinely works with the entertainment guilds and unions such as the WGA, DGA, and SAG/AFTRA.

As technology companies increasingly focus on creating original content, Kevin regularly advises new media companies on content acquisitions and worldwide licensing deals.

Kevin has expansive experience assisting clients on both sides of mergers and acquisitions of significant entertainment companies, both in the U.S. and internationally. In particular, Kevin has advised a number of clients in the process of selling or acquiring film and television libraries.

With Hogan Lovells' international platform, Kevin works closely with Chinese companies entering the U.S. entertainment market and American media companies that distribute or license content in China. Kevin has overseen the development, financing, production, and distribution of multiple Sino-U.S. co-productions.
