Katlen Blöcker is a well-established and experienced banking and finance lawyer focusing on finance transactions. Her areas of expertise include corporate loans, acquisition finance, real estate finance, export finance and financial restructurings. She has been advising her clients – banks, debt funds, private equity houses, corporates, insurance companies and investors – on a significant number of outstanding finance transactions. Advising FMS Wertmanagement on the transfer of risk assets and non-strategic business units from Hypo Real Estate Group (HRE) with a nominal value of approximately €173bn.
