Being an Associate is the first important step in your career at Hogan Lovells. You will start gradually working with clients directly and developing your relationship with them within the firm under the supervision of a Partner or a Senior Associate.
I discovered the wonderful world of European Union trademarks and Community designs and gained extensive experience in brand protection, clearance and enforcement, portfolio audits and management, proceedings before the EUIPO, as well as anti-counterfeiting.
After eight years in the Export Department of a company specialized in the extraction, production and sale of marble and natural stone, I joined Hogan Lovells in 2011 as a member of the billing department.
I joined Hogan Lovells in March 2015 initially covering a colleague's maternity leave in the business services department, assisting the human resources and finance teams. I was subsequently promoted to paralegal in the IPMT practice group in March 2016.
Over 15 years have passed since I joined Hogan Lovells (at the time Lovells) as a paralegal in 2002. During this time I have seen many changes in our office and I am proud to have contributed to some of these developments.
