Giada works closely with clients in managing all aspects of the employment relationship. Giada provides day-to-day assistance to a number of clients and she has recently been seconded to a multinational company operating in the IT sector for a significant period of time. Giada has acquired a good business grasp that allows her to see issues from the client's perspective. Furthermore, she has gained experience in a wide range of litigation matters. Giada has held seminars at clients’ premises on anti-discrimination and correct management of the employment relationship.
Over the years, Giada has developed her extensive experience in advising national and international clients operating in different sectors on a wide range of employment issues, from the beginning of the employment relationship until its termination in both contentious and non-contentious matters. In 2009, Giada obtained a Master of Laws from Queen Mary University of London.

Advising a multinational IT company on a wide range of employment matters (employment agreements, company policy, dismissals etc.).
Advising a company operating in the Technology sector with respect to a redundancy procedure determined by the closure of certain departments in Italy.
Assisting an Italian company operating in the Avio sector in the litigation brought by an employee dismissed for acting in breach of his duties.
Advising a number of companies in the execution of employment agreements with specific focus on non-compete agreement, retention clause etc.
Analysis and review of employment related issues involved in transactions.
Advice on labour law issues related to the incorporation of new companies or Italian branch of foreign companies.
