As counsel in our Litigation group, Eugenio Vázquez focuses his practice on civil and commercial litigation. He brings extensive experience in contract disputes, corporate litigation, industrial litigation, financial services litigation and insolvency proceedings. He has acted on behalf of some of the greatest multinational companies at very varied Spanish courts.
Eugenio has in-depth knowledge in complex and extraordinary appeals. He has represented many national and international companies with the Spanish highest courts, including the Spanish Supreme Court and the Spanish Constitutional Court. Eugenio is author of several guidelines on how to draft different extraordinary appeals maximizing its likelihood of success.
