As a counsel within the Corporate Practice Group of Hogan Lovells’ Madrid Office, Eduardo has advised clients on a wide variety of corporate matters such as domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, secondary market transactions, corporate reorganizations and other corporate work.
Prior to joining Hogan Lovells he worked at a leading Spanish law firm and spent one year at their New York office. Eduardo holds a degree in Law and Business Degree, Universidad Autónoma, Madrid, 2006. Eduardo is admitted to practice in Spain (Madrid bar) and is also fluent in English.

Advised the ID Logistic group on the acquisition of Logiters in 2016.
Advising Sacyr Industrial, S.A. and Fluor, S.A. on the joint venture created on 2015 to provide engineering services in the oil & gas sector.
Advising LivingSocial group on the divestment of its stake in Let's Bonus carried out in 2014.
Advising Mylan group on the Spanish aspect of acquiring the Established Pharmaceutical Products division from Abbott, and ongoing advice after the acquisition's completion.
Advising CA CF (Group Credit Agricole) on the joint venture created on 2018 with Bankia to provide consumer finance services through non-banking channels.
Advised HNA Group on the divestment of its stake in NH in favor of Minor carried out in 2018.
