Edith F. Webster

Edith Webster relies on her strong project finance background and wealth of public finance experience when representing sponsors, investors, lenders, and other entities in complex project finance transactions.

With a focus on power projects, she represents clients in public-private partnerships involving everything from airports and transport infrastructure to energy-from-waste projects. She handles both renewable energy projects (solar, wind, biomass, and hydroelectric) and conventional (fossil-fuel) projects that are financed on a non-recourse, or limited recourse basis.

Edith partners with clients on all phases of the development, financing, restructuring, and acquisition or sale of infrastructure projects. She regularly represents local governments, developers, underwriters, and financial guarantee providers in connection with the tax-exempt and taxable revenue bond financings of a wide range of projects.

She also has broad experience advising clients on debt capital markets, greenfield project development and financing, interest rate and commodity hedging transactions, and portfolio financings. Edith also has deep knowledge of power purchase agreements, project asset acquisitions and divestitures, and project debt restructuring.
