Ailsa Davies trained at the Hogan Lovells London office and then joined the Hogan Lovells Paris office in 2014. As a member of the International Debt Capital Markets Practice, Ailsa advises on a range of securitization and structured debt capital markets transactions.
Representative experience
Advising Ford Credit on its cross border securitisations of auto consumer loan and lease receivables originated across Europe including public and listed transactions.
Advising DBRS on the rating of several French law and English law securitisations.
Fiat Industrial affiliates, Iveco Finance on the reorganisation of its €600m pan-European dealer floorplan securitisation and CNH on its pan-European dealer floorplan securitisation.
