Ali Chegra is counsel at our Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Paris. He focuses his practice on corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, commercial law and private equity accompanying managers and private equity funds in their LBO and capital development transactions. Prior to joining us, Ali worked at the Ashurst corporate department in Paris for almost four years.
Representative experience
Advising TAV Airports (subsidiary of the ADP Group) on the acquisition of 49% of ICF Antalya, the joint-venture managing the Antalya International Airport.
Advising CNP Assurances SA in the renewal of its partnership with Unicredit S.p.A. through the company CNP UniCredit Vita.
Advising Eolane in connection with the investment of Hivest Capital Partners, in the capital of the company.
Advising Groupe ADP in connection with the acquisition of 8,12% of the share capital and voting rights of TAV Airports.
Advising AccorHotels in connection with the acquisition of VeryChic, one of the leaders throughout Europe in private hotel sales / luxury getaways.
Advising BlueFocus Communications Group Co. in connection with the acquisition of a majority stake in We Are Very Social Limited.
Advising Apollo Global Management in connection with the acquisition of the Ivanhoé Cambridge's European hotels portfolio.
Advising WSP Global Inc. in connection with the acquisition of Technip TPS, French subsidiary of Technip SA.
Advising Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank acting as arranger of the financing of the disposal of Groupe Sermeta by Carlyle to Joseph Le Mer (cofounder).
